¶ Opening Session and Entering Sales Mode
You must open a session at the start of the day and close the session at the end of the day.
Contact EPOS Support at Channel 10 if you are having trouble selecting a session.
¶ Opening Session
1: Enter the ID code located on the top of the till into the log on section or swipe manager card.2: Choose the "Open Session" option from the menu.3: If you are unsure which session to select, consult your manager for guidance.4: Make sure not to input any float count; always enter 0.00.5: Lastly, opt for the "Sales" option to proceed.
