¶ Recording Wastage Via the Terminal
¶ Wastage Function
The Wastage function is used to record any waste that has occurred during service
1: Return to the Home Screen by selecting the strip above the basket.
2: Select Functions tab
3: Select Wastage declaration3.1: Select corrisponding wastage reason3.2: See bottom of page for wastage option guide
4: The sales screen will display but in Waste mode5: You can check it is Waste mode by viewing below the basket, it will say Waste
6: Enter the products into the basket that need to be recorded as wastage
7: Once all products have been entered, select the red strip in the basket to record them as wastage.
7: You will be returned to the Home Screen once confirmed.
¶ Remove Products From Basket if Added by Mistake
You Can't!
You need to restart the wastage declaration by returning to the Home Screen by selecting the strip above the basket.
¶ Wasteage reason explanations
Bar fruit waste: Any wasted fruit at end of day to be wasted.barrel change: any wastage due to changing of the barrelsdamaged Product: product that is given to the bar damaged and or already in the bar that is damageddrip tray overpour: Total waste from driptrays.Dropped stock: Any stock dropped and hence unsellible.faulty product: Product that cannot be sold due to defects in the product.food waste: Food that is not sold, goes past experiation date or is made by mistake.gas in line (foam): Total amount of foam excess from bar pumps.line cleaning: Stock that is pulled through and after a line cleaning.line pull through: Product that is pulled through the line in order to clear or complete line pull through.operator mistake: Wasted stock that is made in error.out of date Stock: Stock that is out of date.staff consumption: Any stock or product consumed by staff members with or without permission.staff traning waste: Stock used in the process of traning staff.
