1 : Order Placement:1.1 : When a customer places an order at the kiosk, it is sent to your unit's Kitchen Management System (KMS).1.2 : The KMS is typically located behind the bar and resembles a till unit.

2 : Order Display on KMS:- The order appears as a ticket on the KMS with the order details.
- The ticket status is set to "Pending", awaiting your acceptance.
- IMPORTANT: Orders are not sent to the kitchen or bar printers until you accept them on the KMS.

3 : Accepting the Order:- When you accept the order on the KMS:
- The ticket status changes to "Preparing".
- Tickets are automatically sent to the Kitchen and bar printers.

Finishing the Order
4.1 : Order Completion:
- Once the kitchen or bar has prepared the order, you need to complete it on the KMS.

4.2 : Selecting the Order:
- On the KMS, find the order with the status set to "Preparing".
- Select the order by tapping on it.

4.3 : Completing the Order
- Press the ✅ "Complete" button to finish the order.
- The order will now appear on any Collection screens, indicating it is ready for pickup.
