Click and deliver orders are all sent to your unit's Kitchen Management Screen (KMS) this is usually located behind the bar and looks like a till unit.
Once an order has been placed on the web store, the KMS will add a ticket to the screen with the order information and set the order to "Pending" awaiting your acceptance.
Orders are not sent to kitchen or bar printers until the order has been accepted on the KMS
Once accepted on the KMS the order will be set to "Preparing" and tickets will be sent to the unit's kitchen and bar printers
Once the order has been built and delivered to the table, the order needs to be updated to "Complete" on the KMS
Customers will be directed to an order status page once they have completed their purchase.
The order page does not automaticly update the status of the order
They must manualy refresh the page to update it
Customers will receive an emailed receipt of their purchase, please ask them to display this to verify their purchase if they have no access to the Order Status Page
This will be emailed to their checkout email address
We are unable to change the order number on the system, you will have to write it down on the order ticket.

The customer will have to request a refund for the incorrect product and re-order the correct product via the click and deliver system or at the bar, if available.
