PAX orders are all sent to your unit's Kitchen Management Screen (KMS) this is usually located behind the bar and looks like a till unit.
Once an order has been placed on the kiosk, the KMS will add a ticket to the screen with the order information and set the order to "Pending" awaiting your acceptance.
Orders are not sent to kitchen or bar printers until the order has been accepted on the KMS
Once accepted on the KMS the order will be set to "Preparing" and tickets will be sent to the unit's kitchen and bar printers
Once the order has been built and delivered to the table, the order needs to be updated to "Complete" on the KMS by pressing the Tick icon
