Guides for taking table orders and payments on PAX devices, and managing those orders on the Kitchen Management Screen (KMS).
PAX orders are sent to your unit's Kitchen Management Screen (KMS) — usually located behind the bar and looks like a till unit.
Important: Orders are not sent to kitchen or bar printers until they have been accepted on the KMS.
Contact EPOS Support on Channel 10 if PAX orders are not appearing on the KMS. State your unit name clearly.
